For the last time Mick I was not discussing retail values of used Teslas or any other car and I am not at all interested in trolling through 150 Teslas for sale on carsales.com. I simply made the observation that the RRP for a new Model Y when David purchased his was $8K to $10K higher than todays RRP because of Teslas price cuts. Some people are not happy about the price cuts because they say it "destroys" the resale value of the vehicle but it doesn't worry David because he claims to be saving a lot more than that in fuel costs over the same period.
If you are really interested cut and paste my rather long search tab below, its just Tesla's retail prices form the Model Y release till now. Hint -: the government inflation measuring people must really love them because they have mostly been going down instead of up.
