Thats right Mick, Tesla could see a while back that the best way to compete in the USAs lower cost market (RWD M3, MY and the new "M2") would be to join other manufacturers in Mexico but that isn't moving anything from China, it will be additional production. The new "M2" will be made in China, Mexico and later in India and/or Thailand then exported to the world with minimum tariffs into the destination country.
