Yeh it should be called a syndrome. It only affects other people not those who have it.....
I know of one owner who dosent defend the crap. I pulled up beside him at the lights and pointed out that the rear door was ajar. He laughed and said nah, thats just how it is. I responded, what are they really like? Ha he said once the kids get tired of think its a toy, you realise that the are just a piece of crap. We certainly wont be getting another one but you cant give em away so what do you do with it?... What a joke.
