We live in a democracy where the majority rule and the elected Government governs for the general good .
We import $60 Billion in petroleum and crude oil P/A and EVs can go most of the way by canceling that and diverting the consequent $surplus to the benefit of all Aussies.
That IMO is governing for the general good with the fringe benefit lowering CO2 emissions
