Any contract is a two edged sword as not only do they specify what we can sell but what we are not permitted to sell, we are not even allowed to give financial support to those industries where we can sell the product
So although I agree with your post the bureaucrats and Pollies have given those rights away
Remember it is not only the political class who do not in any way represent the people or the good of the country, but that army of public servants are also looking after themselves and no one else
