Takes me 5 seconds to charge at home. Really??? Now that would be an amazing feat. Perhaps you meant to say it takes a short time to plug in your long cable - don't need such cables at home for my ICE nor a special plug point.

More fun to drive - doubt that, as you're far too busy looking at a computer screen for directions or for the next available charge point as well as having some self drive useless facility whilst I actually keep my eyes on the road and drive without range anxiety or worrying of sitting on possibly battery self combustion.

Bugger maintenance costs - perhaps for now, but same for my ICE vehicle plus the bank has no interest in my car as I own it - whilst many EV drivers are paying off a depreciating asset. Enjoy the fall.

ICE cars feels like driving an antique or a truck - I like antiques - they have value that appreciates over time. If only I kept my 1971 Ford Capri V6 GT - 50 plus years on it would be now worth tens of thousands - what will an EV be worth in 50 years time that's if they survive that long?? rolleyes.png smile.png
