EV ..Not saving the planet.
Of course they will - at least such beasts as Tesla's cyber truck - just look at the specifications:

Excerpt:
Tesla reports that its halo all-wheel Cyberbeast weighs 6,843 pounds and that the All-Wheel Drive comes in at 6,603 pounds.
But you'll need to save up a little - don't forget the exchange rates:
Cybertruck's specs for what seems to be three trims that range from tri-motor to single-motor setups—Cyberbeast ($99,990), All-Wheel Drive ($79,990), and Rear-Wheel Drive ($60,990)
Without a trailer, the Cybertruck Cyberbeast has a reported range of 320 miles, or up to 440 miles with a toolbox-sized battery range extender in the bed. The All-Wheel Drive has a range of 340 miles, or 470 miles with the extender. Expect about 250 miles out of the base Rear-Wheel Drive, with no mention of an extender. As with other EVs, range will undoubtedly be affected by towing, so Cybertruck owners who frequently tow will want to opt for the range extender.
Its rolling attire consists of 20-inch wheels wrapped in 35-inch rubber.
The tyres are massive (wonder what a replacement tyre costs??) Goodie goodie, opt for the range extender - what's another few thousand dollars and more weight to the already obese. The range anxiety remains for those towing the claimed payload but hey don't fret - the vehicle claims to go from 0-60m/hr in 2.6sec:

Excerpt:
Tesla's top-of-the-line "Cyberbeast" Cybertruck can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 2.6 seconds, outperforming many sports cars.
The future of planet savers has arrived and is speeding past faster than many a furious storm. Climate emergency is finally over - thank goodness for small mercies - thus no need to rush out to buy one.
Just imagine if one had to change a flat tyre with the spare in the bush - better build up some muscles - that 35inch tyre is a little weighty. AIMO
