Sure Hertz would say that....they simply pick up excess production for a song or something short term and dog cheap like MG! Like a well known Aus rental co. in its heyday ....... Wait until the manufacturer/importer is grossly overstocked and give them an offer that can't refuse including guaranteed buy back after 2 years/40,000 kms!
As such the short term cost of ownership is determined by the importer/manufacturer; not by the market!
