    Hi,
I think build quality has pretty much caught up. 7 year warranty speaks to that.
The Chinese MG has the 2 letters MG in common with the old ICE sports cars , not much else.
For me : plug-in hybrid if you only have 1 car.
If 2 cars in the family , a full ev for 1, and a not full ev for the other.

The MG plug-in happily does 60k in the city on electrons , and as far as you want to go on fuel in the country.
    Towing 1500kg.
Would do my aluminium runabout and my 11 ft pop-top.

Mitsi. version about 20k more , tows 2000kg , 10 year warranty might suit others better.

Just see having only a full EV available a bit constricting , I drive 300k to a place with a plug available, but none in-between, every couple of weeks. Not sure I woul;d get there in a full ev towing.
Usually not much more than 60k per day in the city.

Almost ready to become a 1 car family , then an MG phev , or the Outlander if I upgrade the runabout and need more towing capacity.

I've run the numbers for the various scenarios , shifting to electrons for fun .
ICE remains the most cost effective , but becoming less so.

    cheers
