Terrorist have a pre made bomb with teh Ev's - all they need is a Riobi Drill & a carbide 8mm drill...(or a 9mm )..There is not even a fire wall/ fire floor in most Ev's just the battery case.

A few of those going off under ground makes a fuel fire pale in comparison...Firefighters would not even want to attend.
