Nah, he's talking as though EV's are a scam and a ripoff. But wait, even Hertz thought EV's were cheaper to run. Could it be that they found out otherwise, so as to offload 20000 EV's even as the exercise is costing them a fortune?? Could it be that they in fact were sold a bad idea by excellent salesmanship coupled with tax payer funded govt. enticements??
Best to steer clear of smiling con artists. Yet there are always those who can't say no to such wonderful deals.
