    Guess if you have into some major cities like New York or London, horse drawn carriages are just as likely to get to their destination in as quick time as any energy powered vehicle plus since they're not 'registered' the congestion tax won't apply - (perhaps a poo tax would be implemented - anything for revenue eek.png):



    Or else other cheaper options are to walk, ride a bike or use public transport. The tax will raise millions but won't solve the congestion particularly with more vehicle purchases:

    Perhaps a good way to raise revenue but as for solving air quality and congestion?? EV's may not have tail pipe emissions but are obese - perhaps a weight tax for EV's will slow down EV travels further. AIMO
