    IMO its not so that as you say:

    "But we sign FTA which do not allow us to "value add" to the products we export"

    For example we export raw bauxite and then export aluminium which is
    "adding value" to China, Japan who are FTA partners.

    Similarly, by washing and processing raw coal pre export we are "adding value"

    Do you have evidence that we are not allowed to export a manufactured product to any of our FTA partner countries?
