Here is Brisbane used EVs (BEVs, PHEVs & HEVs) are in very high demand
and they are fetching premium prices both by dealers and local auto auctions; particularly HEVs for Uber, DIDI & Ola
car share applications. The problem is that there are too few late year/low Ks
models to meet demand. Most available are older/very high km models .

Here is a sample of 2 used Hybrids by my local dealer which are on average $5 more expensvie
than their ICE equivalents ..Add to that the savings on fuel by the former owners vs equivalent ICEs.
And the added benefits:35% fuel savings and half maintenance costs.



NB: The fairest way to compare a used EV with that of an ICE is ICE vs HEV similar models (same car except for powertrain)
