Sorry, I did misread that. My previous vehicle did use 12.5-13.5l/100km- a little thirsty for it's smallish engine but then, it was a 4WD and still not as thirsty as some and had smaller tyres.
My ICE is still a little better on the fuel economy than 8l/100km and unlike some ICE, it doesn't need premium unleaded - although the lower level fuel may be a little worse in quality and the environment. Not a perfect world, not by a long shot.
