It certainly doesn't look like production will commence this year. The Advocate newspaper article seemed to suggest that an agreement for the company to use the road had been reached. @boffa spoke to Andrew who seemed to suggest that an agreement has not been reached. Due to the lack of announcement, that seems to be the case.
Does the truth lie somewhere in the middle? Who would know? If the newspaper article were not true, surely the company would put out some form of announcement to put their side of the story. It leaves the market wondering what the hell is going on.
Looking at people who own options that expire at the end of June 2020. The longer this drags on, the less chance there is that people will convert to shares. If we converted now, we'd own shares valued at 5.2 cents when the actual share price is only 1.7. That's not a good position to be in,
Considering that the company stated that everything would be up and running in September, we're now three months past that. The company would need to consider lowering the conversion price to attract more conversion, extend the expiry (if that's possible) - or just get this show on the road!
