Yes,I think we are almost certainly looking at the same doc that then would form the backbone of any JOA between any further future farminees.
So when far took over 90% from Hunt in 2009? (from memory )they would hold the same obligations to the Senegal Gov,so any further farminees would be bound by the same exploration permit, (license).I have also dug up a lot of farmin ministerial approval decrees.It seems that preferential rights are truly alive and well and a part of business in the Senegal oil patch.It is interesting to note that Far is the only one of all the partners that doesn't operate through a subsidiary Co.Not that I think that matters at All.
