I believe it was as simple as having the correct lifting slings to lower the riser base over the side and then orient it for positioning on the sea bed. I understand the riser base has to be lowered into the sea horizontal then up-ended. They did not have the correct slings is what i was told. Hard to believe I know. By now should be well on the way with the program. i still think next week is possible/ probable.
