seems to be alot of back slapping going on around these results....frankly I have been trying to decipher the scheme of arrangement in malaya but its more confusing than Peter Slipper explaining what is in his head. Can someone tell me whether spending 800 million on old licences is going to actually return any money to Roc or will Petronas just de risk their wells and take the upside??
