CJT, in all fairness to the company, during all those time, the company did have a company statement that says they hope to come good with their tech in 5 years, which really is this year. The reason for that being it takes time to proof to all those potential customers that Bauxol is safe and that though it works well instantly, it will work just as well in 5 years which is usually an acceptable period of proof. Just like any drug invented. They don't get sold to the market straight away even though they get good result. They need to keep an eye on it for at least a few years to give any possible side effects to show itself. Well, 5 years on, and there is still no side effect. That is why only recently the US EPA are really starting to recommend Bauxol to those interested.

And all those trials are indeed necessary because they will be showcases and proofs that Bauxol worked since then and is still working now. It has to start somewhere and those examples that you quoted are necessary work to be done. They are the foundation. That is why Penndot now DARE to do in situ trial and they are going to make a decision based on only a few months results. That is because they already have got long term results from the US EPA and all those other trials if they wishes to refer to them. This Penndot trial is again going to be the first in situ trial and if successful will get the go ahead within a few months. This is then not only going to be first real contract worth at least US$16m (the lowest ball park figure quoted by the Penn State EPA), but also the first real life project when implemented. And they only get this chance because of those other trials. Just like a drug discovery. First they trial on animals then human in laboratorty conditions and then only then to the human population at large. Believe me, if those other trials had not been done, the Penn State EPA will probably want to do a trial and then wait 5 years to see if there is any side effects before they will even give a decision. So those past trials has indeed led to this next step. It is just a slow but necessary process.

    Cheers.
