Providing Vert- Eco board ratifies the purchase of Hydro Dec,VTI stand to collect $1,260,000 in cash.
Clear a debt of the same amount $1,260,000. to Hydro Dec. Plus working on the price of Vert Eco shares on the AIM market this morning of 12.5p with 60ml shares to VTI thats worth $17,850,000. and an ongoing royalty of 5% gross revenue from Hydro Dec,so what is your problem with that, its not a bad start, I know they are being slow in bringing their Bauxsol products to the market,but there must be things going on behind the scenes that we don't know about, and that is the problem,not keeping shareholder well enough informed.
