----"I’m still very keen on EXR and management overall except it seems Neil is very long and has big ambitions in the Gobi and perhaps not wanting to get in and out too fast. --"
@justinmetals --I too was concerned on Neil's --possible future Reluctance to release EXR in a Take Over when negotiations begin.
Neil has worked hard for roughly a Decade -- to Earn the Status that He now deservedly has attained in relation to Energy Industry Development in Mongolia.
It was the GobiH2 - Hydrogen Project announcement, that Removed a lot of My concerns --- of him being able to let go of EXR's Mongolian CSG Exploration company -- when the time arises.
It is also why I have previously envisioned that EXR - in the near future -would, could and possibly Should demerge into three Separate -individual companies.-- with Existing Shareholders issued Shares in each New Entity.
1. EXR (Mongolian) CSG Exploration.
2. GobiH2 Hydrogen Energy Mongolia
3. EXR (Australia) CSG Exploration and Development.
My Vision, if the company is demerged three ways , is that --
Once EXR (Mongolia) is Taken Over --- Neil would still Maintain his Standing and Position on the Mongolian Energy Industry board as he continues to develop The Hydrogen Energy -Gobi2 -- with Softbank -- and the Energy production and distribution.
there would not be a Need for an External credit raise - (for the Development of the Hydrogen Project ) as the Existing EXR Shareholders - may be gobsmacked and Flash with Cash --- at the Windfall from EXR (Mong) Take Over -- and will possibly be queuing up to increase their Investment in the Hydrogen Project -- as an acknowledgment and a Continuing Show of Faith -- in the EXR Mangement Team.
It is only an idea I have had -- but what do other people think?
