Couldn't agree more but to add to the "unnecessary and unfounded" I would add "and creates a political and/or sovereign risk" to shareholder confidence.
Read very carefully what OGP writes and read between the lines. Are there better prospects to place or share your eggs with other small caps doing better, more focused with better political/sovereign options???
