One thing is for sure, existing infastructure needs to be recycled, updated!
On many energy fronts.
It's unwise in my opinion to just shut off our existing energy grids without a reasonable transitioning phase into other user friendly grids.
I thought it was an abrupt decision in the name of global warming to stop everything in fossil fuel delivery with such a media projected conflict but, it certainly has caught our attention. Created action!
Now the rethink is happening with interesting baby steps, maybe a stampeed in the future, never say never.
