Yes,they would be totally aware of the Japanese presence an ambition. I am hopefull that ECT management have geared their
program around this ambition. Looks to me the Japanese are serious and the $$s will be spent. In more ways than one, we
should wish them every success.
ECT intellectual property should overlap into what the Japanese are trying to achieve so is the thought of an MOU credible ??
