You don't know much about steelmaking and the role of iron ore.The plants in china are gigantic and have been in operation for ages so they are not going to stop them for a process that has not got to pilot plant stage and is now shut down with all the experts gone.As for upgrades at B marsh I heard the place was completely destroyed so it will be a lot more than an upgrade.
