    What is the plan after the plant is built mate? Is that the end goal? If yes then this ship is sinking faster and faster.

    Seems to be there is some serious detail missing. Just saying all we need to do is build the plant is meaningless unless it gets the coy somewhere. Otherwise it is just a big hunk of metal which would cost the coy even more......
