we are introducing high CSG extraction tech from Chinese tier 1 gas company into Australia. I found Alberta of Canada currently producing 91% of Canada CSG, roughly 1TCF per year. Donot know what’s the strategy SGC mentioned, as the announcement only introduced the new director.

Sellers may still worry about the high cost of Canada oil?
For existing 400BOED ( most is oil) it’s sweet light oil as announced, cost is less than $40.
for the proposed 1500BOED, no details indicates it’s light or heavy, but actually 70% is natural gas, production cost for gas is limited. Roughly about 450bbl + 7MMscf gas for SGC per day. Plus the proposed 2MMscf/d from barbo, totally 9MMscf/d for SGC.

I remember STX is 25MMscf ? But its MC is $600m!

I donot understand what the sellers are really worrying about , too much for a MC$15m company.
