I get the concept ohrweh, and agree. But originally wasn’t that the concept from PPP to PP to and then the PP was going to be the demo plant. Commercial beyond that was by demand, that was my understanding anyway.
Now I know that things change and that the FEED study would have proven a larger plant would be more efficient, but again, wasn’t that why the FEED was being done??
‘Here potential licencer, here is out demo plant, come see it work. Here is the feed study that shows a plant of your desired size will cost x and provide y.. ‘ show me the money....
Now it seems to be dragging on and on.. (which I am quietly happy about, so I can get back in before it jumps).. when expectations aren’t met, people doubt and go elsewhere.
Ward does seem to be the handbreak and hasn’t promised anything, and maybe that is a good strategy. Time will tell I guess.
