As PEM takes around 50 kWh's to generate 1 kilo of H2, you'd need around 40,000 solar panels to generate 1 ton of H2 in a day under ideal conditions. Presume also that using microwave technology would also require similar massive amounts of energy. A shipment of electrolysed and liquidised hydrogen has just been sent to Japan as a test run... massive 5 kgs worth. Come on Hazer.
