There are good reasons for the Hazer Group to target Europe as well:
“BRUSSELS (dpa-AFX) - The European Union is significantly tightening its climate target for 2030. Greenhouse gas emissions are expected to drop by at least 55 percent below the 1990 level. This was decided by the EU summit in Brussels on Friday morning, as Council Chairman Charles Michel announced. So far, the target has been minus 40 percent. The decision was only made after discussions throughout the night.”
