Ok no worries. Interesting because I would have expected the heat range to be pretty similar between plant sizes considering the process needs remain, besides volume and mass flows requiring different capacities/heating demand.

If there were to be heating issues I thought that would come down to the heating system capacities.

When you say metal dust, was it carryover iron in the graphite/carbon offtake? Possibly is that's the case, it could be considered a form of non reacted particle carryover and could be filtered out?

Anyway, interesting, I will try and do some research into that.
