If there is no other choice other than to rely on imported hydrogen, then SPERA hydrogen seems to be the best way of doing it.
However, most of the world has an established natural gas supply network. If the feedstock is already there, why bother going through all of the processes required to transport it by sea?
All of the world has a bio-methane resource.
