The EU decision to allow nuclear power to be classified "green" for investment purposes, which is currently being challenged in the court has a decision expected in July 24. While nuclear power does not produce CO2, uranium is not renewable, being a finite resource.
If the court clears the decision then by the same logic"turquoise" hydrogen via natural gas and pyrolysis which does not produce CO2 should also qualify as "green".
