A post CR overhang can last a while.
Last year the sp went lower AFTER completion of the RI, due to a large shortfall that the underwriter then had to offload, imo.
Thats not the situation this time with only $4m of the raise left to fill and probably will, ie the free 1:4 option implies a SPP price of 47.5cps while buying on-market is currently costing 49c+
