@sewell64, are Fortis and/or BC looking into technologies other than VulcanX? I thought that was a probable leg up for a local company under the Clean BC scheme, and they're clearly a few years behind Hazer.
A 2,500tpa to 100,000tpa stretch is quite a big deal. I would think a site is lined up but any commitment is waiting for the 2,500tpa prototype to do its stuff and commerciality to be shown. And not before these grey bullets turn green...
