No catalyst is used in Graphitic's process. Therefore not a patent issue. The process is therefore not as controllable and more energy is required. The amount of hydrogen produced is roughly the same as with HAZER. The carbon is not as high quality as HAZER and cannot be described as graphite. On the whole, Graphitic's technology is inferior.
