How much does all that weigh compared to a tank of diesel? The issue is not that trucks cannot be battery powered, its that trucks are capped at certain weights and every tonne of battery reduces the pay load. Small trucks and vans for runs around metro areas will work, but long haul trucks and planes much harder issue to solve.
