A lot can happen between now and 2013 - PRC is definitely playing "catch-up" (buying the 2nd ABN20, pushing staff to meet deadlines etc). My guess is that they are going to produce more than they planned to catch up and then , who knows, they might just keep up the higher production and then 2013 might turn into a lucky-13 year for us all.
I suggest you hang onto your options for the time being. You have until April next year, so you may as well get some interest on the money before you pay for the options - you won't lose anything by holding on....
