Andix. I assume that as one is storing the compressrd air against the ambient pressure under watrr then thr materials needed to contain thr pressure are much less. On land you need pretty massive structures to contain compressrd air. Indeed as they state under water one can use balloons. Hope they commercialse it. apol for spelling on mobile.
