Shocking! That is 9600 mg. over the course of the treatment. Retinopathy toxicity in lupus and RA is 7200 mg. Lupus dosage is 400 mg. per day. And certainly what happened to be concerned about cardio Qt interval because that is dosage related.

As usual all is not as it seems at first glance. It is difficult reading but I did not find any mention of urgency in starting the HCQ treatment in the PDF of the study linked above. It was treated as a recovery method not a fast way of halting progress of the disease before the dreaded cytokine storm begins.
The very fact Bill Gates was involved in the funding should have got alarm bell ringing loudly.
