Therefore my original contention is correct. As we are working in unknown territory, it has to be used under careful medical supervision. Detailed records have to be kept backed up with blood tests, and whatever other records are required. It may work on some, and not on others. Perhaps some symptoms indicate a contra-usage situation.

I am but a humble engineer, with a lifelong background in sport. Thus I have done a fair bit of study in Sports Medicine subjects. Even with that superficial medical knowledge, I have noticed that the human body is an infinitely variable piece of machinery. ie. What works for one, may well not work for another. Often a person's mental attitude, has a bearing on their recovery.
