Time will tell whether institutionals will back Biota or not. Good management in all parts of the business including sales, marketing and PR all play an important role.
I think you should take your day trading glasses off - it sounds like you don't think it will get institutional support and so it is obviously a nice day trading stock for you to play around with and nothing else. Good luck to you if it is, but be careful you don't get burnt.
I'm in this for the long haul - I've done my due diligence on the company, whilst you obviously have done it on your charts - you can just move on to the next stock if you can't stand the heat.
