Its amazing that LNC sold the adani option which at the time was $150 Plus Million without the need for shareholder approval.
Wonder why you need shareholder approval when its a $5M transaction?
1) Perhaps its too cheap?
2) Perhaps its a related party transaction?
3) There is definately something in the wind!!!!!!!!!!!
