Although what you're saying is out there if you look, it is still a good analysis and a bit of a reminder about stop losses and the like.
Thanks for taking the time to show the folly of too much faith, as when you’re right you’re right; however, when you’re wrong hopefully you can recognise that fact.

Interestingly, though, I often think of the two extremes of investing, which is value investing as opposed to trading. In both cases though, when you’re right you have to be a pig and go for it, but when you’re wrong you have to cut yourself loose, reflect and start over. Both Stanley Drunkenmiller and Warren Buffett bet big when they think they’re right and so do I, although I’m not in their league. What I do know however, is that when I’m wrong I always get out.

So over the years I have held ION, Babcock and Brown, Stantilite, Commander Communications, Transcom, Timbercorp, Pasminco, Ventracor and a few other companies. However, I always got out prior to the companies being suspended or delisted. The only exception was Stantilite, which got smashed really quickly.

I even had a Pyramid account, but got warned about them from a bank and got my money out one week before they shut the doors, although this is different.

So I’m not suggesting that GOA is going this way, I’m merely saying that as investors we should take care with any of our investments that are not behaving according to plan. If something is going down and we don’t know why it can often mean that there are others out there who know the story and aren’t going to stick around to see things pan out.
