Thanks for posting. Good on your friend. My friend went for a hypnotherapy weekend over a year ago to lose weight as her health was suffering. She hates exercise and a dessert chef.
She's down about 36 pounds (not kilos) she says. I've only seen photos of her recently but she's a lot slimmer and healthier and even treadmills for an hour now.
She goes back for hypnotherapy bootcamp, as she calls it, but says it's more like meditation.
