Turn off the CSG into northern NSW at the border, or at least give notice that the gas will be switched off in 3 months so as to respect the no CSG wishes of all local councils.
Byron Council proudly proclaims on a big signs on main approach roads that their local council area is 97% CSG free ... I figure that means only 3 % of the local government area is impacted by PELs. Do pipelines extend into that area?
Come to think of it, given that the NSW government publically refuses to support the CSG industry in any way, CSG gas producers should give the NSW government notice that come Dec 31 2014 they will cease to supply CSG to NSW. Those producers will quite easily find a market for their gas via Gladstone.
