I have had an interesting thought and that is Joel & Bane might not want GSW to trade anytime soon.
Almost all the US companies similar to GSW are private companies avoiding all the pain that comes with being listed. Right now GSW is cashed up and can get on in secret with whatever they want to do. Management might only want to start trading once they have proven out all the deals and Joel's & Bane's shares are out of escrow. Sure for all the minor shareholders it is a pain, but for management being suspended is not so bad.
