Last year a core of Volters hypothesised Hunts move from MNS to Volt before key data was released as a sign Volt (MOZ at the time) had the goods and we all agreed that there was significant data and news on its way, we hypothesised that correctly!
My hypothesis of the current appointment of Mr Lew may be an indication of substantial news and significant background business developments that will be made public in due course, just as our hypothesis on Hunts move from MNS to VRC proved correct, I think my take on this will also prove to be correct, IMHO!!!!!
