All depends on what ever news they put with it,if they release the license news and say more confirmed pipes with a detailed approach to the schedule of processing the alluvial's,the s/p will move north and it may indeed bring some substantial holders on board,i would like to see Angolans richest women take a stake (Isabel des Santos) as the consequences of possibly speeding up many of the govt depts will indeed be apparent.So much can happen soon enough and for me i'm all in as i feel theres nothing like knowing a s/p will grow and takes any pressure off investing...its not a sure thing but its sure enough for me.
